Turkey Idea

Consider making two small turkeys instead of one big one.  We like to cook one the day before and decorate it as a table centerpiece.  It of course is properly cooked and delicious so it serves as extra meat if you need it, or just consume the undecorated one and have this for wonderful leftovers!

Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Making your potatoes the day before really saves on that last minute rush to get everything to the table at once and at the proper temperature.

It also saves big time on the mess left in the kitchen when you sit down with your guests to enjoy the fruit of your labor!

Easy Appetizers

Skewer fresh fruit and drizzle a little Grand Marnier over it for adults, orange juice for kids.  Or, try Zucchini Salad Rolls or a beautiful Cheese Platter.  All make ahead ideas with a touch of elegance and a vision toward good health.

Lovely Garnishes

Tomato Roses can be made in the morning and held lightly wrapped with plastic until serving time.  Don’t forget to look for different colors of heirloom tomatoes for a big color splash.  For a kid centered meal Radish Rodents are adorable and easy.

Our Gourmet Cranberry Relish and a Jellied version are the absolute best Cranberries we have ever eaten and are truly met with rave reviews year after year.  They are laced with Grand Marnier (orange juice an be substituted if your prefer) and is just sweet and fruity enough to be perfect.
